Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Tasquee handles and why.

Data we handle

  • Account details: name, email address and company name.
  • Project content you add: boards, tasks, comments, files, estimates, hours and invoices.
  • Technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: show your projects, send the emails you trigger (invites, approvals, invoices, password resets).
  • To keep the service secure and working.

Who can see it

Your project data is visible only to the people you give access to. Clients only see projects shared with them. Access rules are enforced in the database.

Analytics

We record which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked and where visits come from (the referring site or campaign tags), using a random identifier stored in your browser. This uses no cookies and we don't store your IP address. We use it to understand how people find and use Tasquee.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also measures visits. You can decline in the cookie banner, and we honour your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Service providers

We use hosting, database and email-delivery providers to run Tasquee. They process data only to provide those services.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing support@tasquee.com.
